Fuglen is a cafe bar from Oslo, Norway. Fuglen Tokyo was opened in Shibuya, Tokyo in May 2012 and this store is the first brunch outside Norway. The concept of the store is 50’s/60’s Norwegian cafe bar so you can see their vintage interior goods when you step in. For daytime, you can enjoy their fine Norwegian coffee and Norwegian salmon sandwich while you are away from the city noise in Tokyo. For night time, the store turns to a bar, you can enjoy their authentic cocktails. Their coffee is brought straight from Norway so you can taste the same quality even you are in Tokyo. At the store, you can also buy coffee beans from the four best roasters in Norway and great tea leaves from Asia. This cafe is definitely one of the best cafe you can find in Tokyo. If you go to Shibuya, you should step out from the city and visit Fuglen Tokyo for their great coffee and real Norwegian cafe life.

ノルウェー語で“鳥”という意味の“FUGLEN”が今年の５月渋谷にオープンしました。国外では初の展開で、FUGLENの魅力はノルウェーならではのユニークなコンセプトのカフェです。店内は50’s/60’sの雰囲気で溢れていて、置いてあるビンテージの家具も購入する事が可能です。昼間はノルウェーから空輸されてきたとても質の高いコーヒーを楽しむ事ができます。夜になると店はバーへと変わり、素晴らしいカクテルが飲めます。お店のカクテルに使うシロップはすべて一から作り、それを使ってたくさんのオリジナルカクテルを作っているそうです。代々木公園から歩いてすぐの場所にあり、渋谷ほど混んでいない立地条件のためゆっくりした時間を過ごすことができます。近くに行った際は、Fuglen Tokyoで少し休憩してみるのもいいですね！
